In 2005 I decided to use my knowledge, network and experience within the international logistics sector to help companies fill senior management positions. The focus here is on thinking along with customers about how key functions can best be fulfilled. This makes the Executive Search profession so much fun and interesting for me. This involves a strong focus on content and quality, and translating the wishes of stakeholders within an organization to candidates. Together with a very pleasant team that is constantly working to find talent in the international logistics and Supply Chain market. We have a strong opinion that continuously challenges our customers, candidates and especially our own team to come up with successful and creative solutions. We also have a lot of fun together and support each other where necessary.

In addition to SCM Executives, my passion also lies in helping people who are a lot less fortunate than we are in our enormously wealthy West. I am grateful that I can be part of the 4Life Foundation, which is committed to giving women and children in the largest slum in Africa a chance at work or education. With the 4Life Foundation team, we bear the challenging responsibility of creating sustainable employment for 1,600 women and thus giving children a fair chance at a basic education.

Even during my psychology studies at the University of Amsterdam, I became intrigued by human interaction within organizations. And especially during change processes that are often difficult to predict. The effect of diversity, culture and internal politics creates a challenging playing field where business and psychology are inextricably linked. I clearly wanted to know more about this! As soon as I obtained my title of scientific behavioral expert, I opted for a career in the world of Executive Search.

A challenging world that is constantly changing and where I still gain refreshing insights every day! Thanks to many inspiring conversations with professionals at board and senior management level, I have acquired extensive knowledge and experience. Professionally, focused on Supply Chain and Logistics, but also in the field of business operations, organization and (change) management. In combination with my psychological background, this forms a unique perspective and a pleasant basis for both Executive Search and Business Coaching, where I focus on successful development of people and organizations.

I get my energy from positive entrepreneurship and enjoy working with people who are driven by ambition. In my personal life I prefer to be out with friends and family. I enjoy extensive dining and a good glass of wine with them!

Gedurende mijn carrière heb ik op verschillende vlakken binnen het toerisme en de hotellerie gewerkt. Ik was verantwoordelijk voor alle commerciële activiteiten bij een grote luchtvaartmaatschappij, heb de rol van sales & marketing manager vervuld bij een bekend hostel met locaties in Amsterdam en Lissabon en ik heb op maat gemaakte educatieve groepsreizen georganiseerd. Een enorm leuke wereld om in te werken, maar ik was toe aan een nieuwe uitdaging.

En toen kwam SCM Executives op mijn pad. Hetgeen ik zo leuk vond in mijn eerdere rollen, het contact met verschillende soorten mensen, komt in mijn rol als consultant enorm veel naar voren. Daarnaast word ik enthousiast als ik mensen kan begeleiden in het maken van keuzes in tijden van verandering. Bij SCM zal ik me hier zowel aan de kandidaten als aan de klanten kant mee bezig houden. Ik ben onderhoudend in mijn contacten en geef niet snel op. Het geeft veel voldoening om mijn kennis en ervaring binnen een nieuw werkveld te verbreden.

In mijn vrije tijd word ik gelukkig van sporten, reizen en hecht ik veel waarde aan samenzijn met mijn vrienden in een goed restaurant of een gezellig café.

My background is in the hotel industry. After gaining experience in the position of Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, I switched to a management position in the field of Operational Management, Human Resources and training. With my knowledge and experience to 'sit on the other side of the table', I ultimately opted for a role as Executive Search Consultant. This is where I have found my passion and my interest in both the organization and the candidate is continuously nourished. What can I do to help both parties as best as possible? Where can the connection be made? And how do we achieve the optimal result?

At SCM Executives, in my role as Senior Consultant, I am responsible for the entire executive search process together with the team. We distinguish ourselves through the unique 360 ​​degree approach, but also the personal approach towards the client and candidate. We can also help with issues regarding Supply Chain and Logistics. I am extremely proud to be part of the experienced team of professionals within SCM Executives.

In my spare time I like to run and watch football. I also enjoy discovering new restaurants, which I prefer to visit with family and friends.

After starting in the hotel industry, I have worked as a Management Assistant at various companies in recent years. Of which the last 9 years at a major online retailer. This experience comes in handy in my role as Office Manager. I ensure that both visitors and colleagues feel at home at SCM Executives. I find it very important to take care of colleagues, arrange everything down to the last detail and be a good sparring partner. Very nice to be part of this driven team, where no day is the same.
I like to spend my free time with my family, relatives and friends. I go out together to discover new places. I find relaxation in sports, cooking or traveling.

With my background in the hospitality industry, I am now happily starting a new challenge as a Consultant at SCM Executives. During my career I have been a flight attendant, where I have been able to see a lot of the world. In addition to flying, I also have experience as a recruiter in the IT industry.

I really enjoy contact with people and I like to be the connecting factor in an organization. Furthermore, I am someone who is enthusiastic and enjoys working in a team to achieve great results.

In my spare time I play the piano and like to sing. I am also a huge winter sports enthusiast and travel gives me energy. I am also always up for fun with friends and I love good food.

After studying commercial economics at the AUAS, I started working in the advertising world. I started as a project manager at the agency where I previously completed my internship. From this role, where I was mainly the link between the creative studio, suppliers and our customers, I grew into a managerial position. I managed the team of project managers substantively and was responsible for the daily operations.

The combination of analytical and at the same time creative work appealed to me enormously. Coming up with new, refreshing ideas on the one hand and ensuring that these are rolled out quickly and efficiently in practice to a great end result on the other, has always been an interesting challenge. After 7 years, I will take this experience with me to fulfill my role as a marketing consultant at SCM Executives.

In my spare time I can regularly be found at the gym or on the football field and I prefer to be with friends or family.

While studying Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam, I decided it was time to put all the knowledge I gained during my studies into practice at SCM Executives. Because I grew up in a very international context, I have always been interested and comfortable interacting with many different people from all over the world. I like to put these qualities into practice at SCM Executives.

In my role as Executives Business Search Analyst at SCM Executives, I support the consultants in the search for candidates. In addition, I research different industries/markets of customers and roles to make scans, which give the consultants an even better understanding of the market.

In my spare time I like to play sports (football, squash and swimming). On weekends I like to explore Amsterdam and find new bars and restaurants to go to with my friends.

I was born in Kenya and raised in Switzerland. All my life I have always been in contact with a wide range of people and cultures. The bustling Amsterdam really appeals to me.
As a curious student, I quickly became familiar with Dutch and fell in love with the country. This gave me the confidence to look for a challenging job in addition to my studies.

My role as Executives Business Search Analyst at SCM Executives involves supporting consultants with specific assignments. I research different client industries/markets and roles to create scans so consultants can gain a better understanding of the market they work in.

In my spare time I like to exercise. From swimming to snowboarding, as long as I can do it with people.

With more than ten years of experience in finance, including positions at various banks, I took on a new challenge and started a new chapter of my life at SCM Executive Search with a fresh perspective. It is not only exciting to start a new life by moving from Dubai to the Netherlands, but also to use my life experience in my work. I started my professional career as a sales executive for luxury lifestyle estates and recently moved into supply chain. I wanted a new career path that combines two things I am passionate about, logistics and working with people. That is why I decided to work at SCM Executives as a consultant. My main focus is to become an expert in executive search and create value by finding high-quality talent tailored to our client's needs.

I am a bon vivant who enjoys the outdoors, traveling, watching and sports such as golf. As an expat from South Africa, you can find me around a braaivleis (BBQ) fire with friends on weekends.

After obtaining my master's degree in Industrial Psychology in South Africa, I started working at a mine. Here I work with a wide range of individuals, from workers to executives, which made me realize how crucial it is to have the right people in the right positions. In my role, I spent most of my time assessing new employees to ensure we could objectively select the best candidates and guide them in their development to succeed in their new roles.

This experience has fueled my passion for working with people and promoting individual, team and organization-wide growth. I have also worked as a consultant for companies in the web development, law, human resources, government and education sectors. My goal at SCM Executives is to leverage my acquired knowledge and skills in interpersonal communication, problem solving and critical thinking to identify the most qualified candidates to meet the specific needs of our clients.
