Candidate presentation

One of the most important elements within the recruitment process is the presentation of candidates to our customer.

 

After we have perfomed our selection of the shortlisted candidates we plan an appointment with our customer to discuss these shortlisted candidates face to face. Rather than simply sending CV's we want to spend quality time with our customer discussing the profile of the candidates in detail.

 

We start the meeting discussing each individual candidate as follows:

  • Profile of candidate: History, Current Situation and Future ambition (see below diagram)

Further we concentrate on the following key elements per candidate:

  • Candidate motivation for the role
  • Main strengths
  • Main weaknesses
  • Fit to the role according to our assesment   

After we have gone through all the shorlisted candidates, a joint decision can be made to which candidates will be invited for the first round of interviews with our customer.


We do not send CV's to our customers prior to this meeting. We do this after the meeting and then also provide our customers with a summary of the shortlisted candidates as discussed.
