Approach
Our recruitment and selection process works as follows:
360 degrees
By putting much time and energy in discussing the detailed content of the position, the culture of the company, the specific challenges and the competences which are necessary for filling in a specific role, we get a complete picture of the “person requirement”. We conduct these discussions with people who have close links to the position that needs to be filled.
Job profile
With the acquired knowledge from the 360 degrees conversations, we compose a detailed job profile.
Longlist
From our database and through our network a long list is composed of potential candidates. These candidates will be approached for their possible interest in the position.
Shortlist
After our first conversations with candidates from the long list, a shortlist is composed.
Interview by SCM Recruitment
With the shortlisted candidates we will hold face-to-face interviews reviewing; competences, supply chain knowledge, experience within the specific industry, personal characteristics and possible match within the culture of the company.
Presentation finalists
From the shortlist a number of finalists will be presented. Our preference is to discuss this face-to-face with you.
Interview client (possibly together with SCM Recruitment)
Finalists will follow the interview process within your company. SCM Recruitment can, if desired, provide the necessary support.
Selection
After evaluation of the interviewed candidates, a selection is made. In the rare case that no suitable candidate is found, we will continue our search.
Possible Assessment
The selected candidate can be assessed. For this SCM Recruitment cooperates with several assessment partners.
Contract terms & conditions
SCM Recruitment can offer support in discussing the specific term & conditions of the employee contract.
Signing contract and aftercare
After signature of the employment contract our involvement does not stop. We continue to stay in regular contact with you and the candidate.
