APPROACH CANDIDATES
Candidates who submit an application for the first time are invited for an intake interview. During this conversation we want to get a complete picture of the story behind the CV. We look at the history, the current situation, the ambition for the future and the feasibility of these ambitions.
We process the information, which we get during the intake interview in our database. During the intake interview we see if a candidate is a possible fit in one of our current assignments. We will give you immediate feedback, because we like direct and clear communication.
Once in our database, the candidate will get regular updates of the developments within SCM Recruitment through our newsletter. Candidates will be approached by us for any specific career opportunities.
